There were several very difficult aspects to buying the property and Fran not only made it all a lot less difficult I think without her the sale would have likely fallen through. Her advice during the entire process brought me so much reassurance and I genuinely looked forward to her emails! As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and Mark was always really easy to get hold of, emails were replied to quickly and when I called I was put straight through. What I really appreciated was that even when they were waiting on documents from the other side, they'd still reply just to let me know nothing had come back yet. That kind of communication makes such a difference when you're waiting for things to move. I also appreciated that the final bill matched the quote I was originally given and there were no surprises.
